Party/parties is/are represented in the order of their name/names as printed above in the cause-title. The petitioner has filed the instant application under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

It is submitted that the investigation has been completed and the case is at the stage of trial. Altogether, there are 12 witnesses,

out of which seven witnesses have been examined and only five witnesses are yet to be examined.

In view of the above circumstances, this Court finds that it would be proper to direct the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court (NDPS), Cooch Behar to complete the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournment to the parties.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 245 of 2022 is disposed of. All parties are to act on a server copy of this order from the official website of this court.
