Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the respondents authorities concerned in publishing the result of the petitioner for the written examination in the Endurance Test in question.

Learned Advocates appearing for the respective respondent opposes this writ petition on the ground of maintainability of the same in view of the statutory alternative remedy available before the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal and considering such objection of the respondents, this writ petition being WPA 2136 of 2022 is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum for redressal of his

grievance.
