It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 29.07.2024 passed by this Court. At the top of the order sheet mentioning names of counsels, instead of "DPSC, Cooch Behar" it should actually be "DPSC, Jalpaiguri".

The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 29.07.2024 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
