1. Mr. Mazumdar, learned senior advocate and DSGI assisted by Mr. Singhania, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that in compliance of the direction passed by the Hon'ble Appellate Court, the petitioner has since been reinstated vide order dated 23rd September 2025.

2. Having regard to the above, I find that nothing survives in the instant contempt application. Accordingly, the contempt application being CPAN 44 of 2025 along with its connected application being CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of by recording the fact that the affidavit of compliance in original
