1. All the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application are present before this Court.

2. One joint compromise petition has been filed, registered as CRAN 1 of 2025, at the behest of the petitioner as well as the de facto complainant.

3. Both the learned counsel on behalf of the parties have submitted that petitioner is a lady and the allegation against the petitioner was only threat.

4. The instant joint compromise petition has been filed with a prayer for quashing of the proceeding against this particular petitioner.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has left the matter to the discretion of this Court.

6. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I find no reason to stand in the way of compromise.

7. Let the proceeding in connection with G.R. Case No. 1537 of 2024 corresponding to Falakata Police Station Case No. 324 of 2024 dated 26.08.20224 stand quashed against the petitioner/Sonu Sahu Kujur @ Sanu Saha Kujur only.

8. With this aforesaid observation, the revisional application along with connected application stands disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

10. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
