1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for Ct rup expeditious disposal of the case being Sessions Case No. 63 of 2024 in connection with Matigara Police Station Case No. 822 of 2023 dated 06.10.2023 under Section 417/376/313 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Siliguri.
2. Nature of the prayer does not demand, in my opinion, service of notice upon the opposite parties. Service upon the opposite parties is dispensed with.
3. Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Siliguri is requested to dispose of the case as earlier possible considering the nature of alleged offence.
4. With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
5. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Siliguri.
6. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
