This revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings relating to Cooch Behar Women Police Station Case No. 127 of 2018 dated 01.08.2018 under Sections 498A/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The investigating agency on conclusion of investigation, submitted charge-sheet before the jurisdictional court. The petitioners approached this Court challenging the said charge-sheet.

Records of this revisional application reflect that only the formal FIR, charge-sheet and other documents of private and personal nature have been enclosed along with this revisional application and none of the documents on which the prosecution arrived at its finding for submitting report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been enclosed along with the charge-sheet. Having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that this revisional application is premature. Thus, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 188 of 2022 is dismissed.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court after the issues are considered by the learned trial court at the stage of consideration of charges.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
