The petitioner prays for consideration of his representation which he made before the Superintendent of Police, Alipurduar and other officers. The representation is at page 49 of the writ application, being Annexure P-6 which is dated 07.11.2022.

I direct the Superintendent of Police of the concerned district to look into the matter and, if necessary, to call the petitioner for taking his decision as to the complaint and to file a report before this court by sixty days from date. The Superintendent of Police may assign its job to any of his subordinates not below the rank of DSP, but the

report is to be filed before this court has to be signed by the Superintendent of Police.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
