Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 01.08.2024 passed by this Court in WPA 1468 of 2024, the concerned District Magistrate and the Block Development Officer were directed to take necessary steps to allocate funds and make payment of sum to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. A copy of the order was duly sent to the alleged contemnors. Till date the order has not been complied with. This is a deliberate violation of this Court's order.

A notice of contempt be served on the alleged contemnors. The notice is made returnable after six weeks.
