The authorised representative of the petitioner appearing in person submits that there are some incurable defects in the writ petition, particularly in the prayer portion. As such, the petitioner would not like to press the same and instead would like to file a fresh application on the selfsame grounds.
On his prayer, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application afresh on the selfsame grounds.
