1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail on any condition and also refers to the complaint which was filed by the Block Development Officer, Dinhata-I alleging, inter alia, that birth certificate was either not genuine or fake and thereby has tried to convince this Court that there is element of confusion in the written complaint.
2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has submitted that after inquiry it has been revealed that the birth certificate involved in this case was false.
3. Considering all facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
4. Accordingly, the application being C.R.M. (A) 542 of 2025 stands disposed of.
5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
