In the third page of the said order, after paragraph 4 the following paragraph be inserted : "The grievances raised by the appellant in respect of the order of provisional attachment is in the nature of perversity. The perversity test is ordinarily applied to a final order. Since the appellant has an opportunity to point out the alleged perversity in course of the hearing

before the final order is passed, the writ petition itself may have been premature."
