For the respondents/CGST In Re: CAN 1 of 2025 This is an application for re-imposition of an 09.9.2025 (Item No. 32) (AB) interim order dated April 29, 2024 at page 9 to the application. The interim order was extended time to time and last of such extension was on July 30, 2025 at page 14 to the application which has expired on August 31, 2025. The application has been filed on September 3, 2025.

Considering the law which is well settled that procedural laches or due to the laches on the part of the learned advocate the substantive justice towards the litigant shall not suffer, the original interim order dated April 25, 2024 stands re-imposed/re-instated and the same shall continue till December 15, 2025 or until further order, whichever is earlier. Accordingly application being CAN 1 of 2025 stands allowed, without any order as to costs. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
