The petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition on account of certain defects detected therein and seeks further liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the self same cause of action.

In view of the above, the writ petition being W.P.A. No. 1527 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the self same cause of action. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
