1. This is an application for relaxation of condition of bail. The petitioners pray for relaxation of the condition for grant of bail imposed by an order dated July 29, 2024. The petitioner was directed not to leave the territorial jurisdiction of the trial court throughout the period of trial. The petitioner is a professor and submits that the said condition may be waived as he may be required to travel on account of professional reasons.

2. It appears that there are no adverse reports against the petitioner. Accordingly, the condition that the petitioner shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of the trial court throughout the trial, is waived and accordingly, the condition imposed in paragraph 9 of the order dated July 29, 2024 in CRM (DB) 429 of 2024 is relaxed to that extent that the

petitioner may leave the territorial jurisdiction of the trial court, upon intimation to the learned trial judge. All other conditions as per the order dated July 29, 2024 shall remain unaltered.
