The materials prima facie disclose involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotic substance above commercial quantity. His prayer for bail was rejected earlier. There is no change in circumstance since then. Hence, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is thus rejected.
