1. Three petitioners have filed the present application being CRAN 1 of 2026 for relaxation of bail condition granted by this Court on September 11, 2024.

2. This Court finds that by an order dated September 11, 2024 in CRM(A) 630 of 2024 only two petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail, namely, Usha Gupta and Birendra Prasad Gupta but in the present case one, Sourav Gupta is also the petitioner though he was not the petitioner in CRM (A) 630 of 2024. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays for leave to delete the name of Sourav Gupta.

3. As per prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, leave is granted to the petitioners to delete the name of Sourav Gupta from the cause title in the course of the day.

4. The petitioners have not disclosed the documents to prove that the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 have complied with the condition imposed by this Court by attending the investigating officer.

Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays for leave to file supplementary affidavit to disclose the documents.

5. Leave is granted to the petitioners to disclose the documents to prove that the petitioners have complied with the condition imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail by attending the investigating officer.

6. Let the supplementary affidavit be filed by May 14, 2026.

7. Let the matter appear on May 15, 2026.
