It is submitted on behalf the petitioner that the accused person is in custody since for a considerable period of time. Learned counsel draws our attention about the decision of a coordinate Bench passed in the similar case. Relying on such decision learned counsel prays for bail.

Learned counsel appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and draws our attention about the particular pages contained in the case diary.

We have considered the submissions advanced by both the parties and peruse the Case Diary including the statement of the

victim under Section 164 of the CrPC as well as the medical document annexed to the Case Diary.

Considering the entire material placed before us and the involvement of the accused with the alleged offence, we are not inclined to enlarge the accused on bail and the same is rejected at this stage.
