Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner was an Assistant Teacher in a Primary School since 1999. He enhanced his qualification and got first division in the elementary course. But, he was not given the enhanced pay scale. In fact, he was not aware of such right. He retired on 31.01.2020. The PPO issue did not reflect any such enhanced pay scale. He made necessary representation including the representation before the District Inspector of

Schools (Primary) on 04.07.2024. The same has not been considered yet.

Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the State and the DPSC submit that although the representation may be belated, if the same has been made, it will be considered in accordance with law. It appears that a representation dated 04.07.2024 is pending consideration before the DI of Schools (Primary).

In view of the above, let the petitioner's said representation be considered by the said respondent no.2 in accordance with law and expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. Within a week therefrom, the outcome shall be communicated to the petitioner.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
