The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's application for educational loan has not been considered by the respondents.

Hence, W.P.A. No. 1537 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 7, the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Sitai Branch, District-Cooch Behar, to decide on the application for educational loan filed by the petitioner, a copy of which is annexed to the present writ petition, as expeditiously as possible, positively within three weeks from the date of communication of this order to the said respondent.

The parties shall act on a server copy of this order, without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy thereof.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
