This matter appears under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

She submits that mistakes cropped up in last line of paragraph no. 12 and third line of paragraph no. 13(a) of the order dated 25th July, 2025 where "Mekhliganj" should be incorporated along with "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate" instead of "Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cooch Behar". The necessary correction shall be made therein.

It also appears that in third line of paragraph 13(b), "Cooch Behar and Jalpaiguri" was transcribed instead of "Cooch Behar". Jalpaiguri shall be deleted. Similarly, in sixth line of paragraph 13(b) the word "Jalpaiguri" shall be replaced by "Mekhliganj". Paragraph no.13(c) shall be deleted, as the same has appeared inadvertently. 4.

Let the necessary corrections be made in the respective paragraphs of the order dated 25th July, 2025. 5.
