The instant matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" since, a typographical omission occurred in the last but one line of paragraph no. 25 of my judgment dated 20.08.2025 as passed in CO 119 of 2024.

In view of such, in the last but one line of paragraph no. 25 of the said judgment after the words „for if allowed will‟ the following be inserted:

"not"

It has also been noticed that in Page No. 5 in paragraph no. 14 in the 7th line from the top the word „filed‟ has been typed as „failed‟.

In view of such, the word „failed‟ is deleted and in its place the word „filed‟ has been inserted.

5.

Necessary corrections in this regard are made by me in Court today.

Let this order be treated as part of the judgment dated 20.08.2025.
