1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn my attention to the fact that inadvertently Section 109 has not been recorded in the cause title of the order dated 24.07.2025 and prays for incorporation of the same.

2. Let the Section 109 be incorporated in the cause title of the order dated 24.07.2025.

3. Department is directed to make necessary correction.

4. Other portion of the order dated 24.07.2025 shall remain unaltered.

5. This order be treated as a part of the order dated 24.07.2025.
