The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Siliguri is virtually present before this Court.

It is submitted that indeed there are vacancies in two Schools and such Schools have requested the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Siliguri for sanctioning of the said post of Librarian in Bengali Medium in such Schools. It is further submitted that such sanction is awaited from the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal.

In that view of the matter, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Siliguri shall send a request to the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal for sanction of post of Librarian in Bengali Medium in
Matigara Girls School and Kabi Sukanta High School in Darjeeling District.

The Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal shall take expeditious decision in that regard. If post is sanctioned in aforesaid two Schools by the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal, the petitioner shall be recommended for posting him in any of the aforesaid two Schools by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Siliguri. The Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal and the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education may thereafter take appropriate and expeditious steps in the matter. 5.
The personal appearance of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Siliguri is dispensed with. 6.
With the aforesaid directions, CPAN 43 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
8.
There will be no order as to costs.
9.
All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
