1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Shuvro Prakash Lahiri, learned advocate representing the petitioner on virtual mode has made a prayer for implementation of the recommendation dated 21st April, 2025 made by OSD & EO Director of Madrasah Education, West Bengal. It is submitted that in spite of this recommendation dated 21st April, 2025 issued by the respondent no. 2 till date transfer order has not been issued by the concerned authority of West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission.

3. Mr. Pratik Dhar, learned senior advocate representing West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission appears on virtual mode and on instruction has submitted that relating to the recommendation dated 21st April, 2025 made by respondent no. 2 relevant documents were

received by the Commission on 22nd July, 2025 based on which Commission is contemplating to take final decision.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the Commission Secretary, West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission being respondent no. 3 is directed to take final decision relating to transfer of the petitioner based on recommendation dated 21st April, 2025 issued by respondent no. 2 by 4 (four) weeks from the date of communication of this order. Decision to be taken by the respondent no. 3 shall be communicated to the petitioner by 10 days thereafter.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of.
