1. Range Officer is present in Court today. Personal appearance of Range Officer is dispensed with.

2. Earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14 May, 2025 in CRM (A) 265 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to demonstrate any change in circumstances.

4. This Court is of the firm view that the society has to be very sensitive towards the animals. The present case involves death of an elephant due to electrification.

5. This Court considers that it is not a fit case for prearrest bail.

6. Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
