Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner had sought transfer on special ground. His application has already been forwarded by District Inspector of School, Secondary to the WBSSC, but has not been finally considered yet.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Commission submits that the said application for transfer will be considered by the concerned authority in accordance with law.

It appears that an application for transfer made by the petitioner and as forwarded by the DI is pending with the WBSSC.

In view of the above, let the respondent no.3 consider the petitioner's representations/application in this

regard in accordance with law and at the earliest, preferably within a period of five weeks from the date of communication of this order. Within a week thereafter, the outcome of such consideration shall be communicated to the petitioner.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. .
