Mr. Kallol Acharjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has drawn my attention to the order dated 28.07.2025 wherein the name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has been wrongly recorded as "Mr. Kallol Chatterjee" instead of "Mr. Kallol Acharjee". It should be read as "Mr. Kallol Acharjee" instead of "Mr. Kallol Chatterjee".

2. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction.

3. Other portion of the order dated 28.07.2025 shall remain unaltered.
