1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of the case being No. JJB 28 of 2011 pending before the Learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Darjeeling.
2. Considering the prayer advanced on behalf of the petitioner, I find hardly any necessity to ask the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties.
3. Accordingly, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispenced with.
4. Learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Darjeeling is requested to dispose of the case being No. JJB 28 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible, keeping an eye to the direction laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
