Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail.

3. Accordingly, we permit the petitioner to enter the jurisdiction of Darjeeling district provided he reports to the Officer-in-charge, Bagdogra Police Station once in a week till conclusion of the investigation.

4. Application being CAN 1 of 2025 for relaxation of condition of bail is disposed of.
