After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Food Corporation of India (FCI), the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction on the petitioner to submit all requisite documents to the respondent company along with a fresh representation for disbursement of pension and other retirement benefits. The petitioner retired from the company on 31st October, 2021. The representations made by the petitioner to FCI are on record.

WPA 2278 of 2022 is disposed of with the direction as stated above.

The submission made on behalf of the FCI is noted, namely, that FCI will disburse the admissible retirement and pension dues of the petitioner upon production of requisite documents. The FCI is, hence, directed to take the required action within eight weeks from the date on which the petitioner submits the representation along with all required documents. The FCI is on its turn directed to intimate the required documents to the petitioner within a week from date.
