1. The application for anticipatory bail is made on the ground that the offence occurred in course of a land dispute.

2. It is further submitted that the petitioners themselves have sustained several injuries in this scuffle and have been hospitalized. There is FIR and counter FIR by and between the parties.

3. This Court has considered the injury reports of the victim. Three injuries are grievous in nature and there are other injuries.

4. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Hence, CRM (A) 641 of 2024 shall stand dismissed.
