The revisional application appeared on 02.08.2024 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, again the revisional application appeared on 02.01.2025 when the petitioner was not represented.

Today when the revisional application has been called none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Earlier on 02.01.2025 state was directed to submit a status report. Status report reflects that charge sheet has already been submitted in connection with Falakata PS Case No. 224/24 dated 23.05.2024.

Petitioner approached this court at a stage when documents under section 207 of the Cr.P.C. were yet to be supplied to the accused persons.

Having considered the nature of pleadings in the revisional application and that there has been no persuasion

on behalf of the petitioner, I am of the view, further pendency of the revisional application is unwarranted. Learned advocate for the defacto complainant as well as the state is present.

Report submitted by the state be kept with the record. Petitioner is granted liberty to canvass all the issues at the stage of consideration of the charges.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 273 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
