3. It appears from the record that the petitioner did not appear before the Circuit Bench also on the previous date that is 01.08.2025.

It further appears from the materials on record that the revision has been preferred praying for quashing of FIR and proceeding in respect of Bhaktinagar Police Station Case No. 213/2025 dated 06.03.2025 under Sections 281/125(b) of the Bharatiya Naya Sanhita, 2023, read with Section 139 of the Electricity Act, 2003, corresponding to PTN No.

WBJP000134 of 2025, pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court (Special) at Jalpaiguri.

5. As none appears even on the second consecutive date, in spite of repeated calls, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the

issues in the present revisional application before the appropriate forum.

6. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of.

7. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
