Present petition has been filed for pre-arrest bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No.324/2025 dated 10/06/2025. 2.

Learned counsel submits that keeping in view the tender age of the petitioner. He may be admitted to pre-arrest bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the pre-arrest bail on the ground that there are specific allegations of penetrative of sexual assault against the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that even the victim is pregnant now.

Taking into facts and circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled to be admitted to pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J.)
