1. An inadvertent typographical error crept into the order dated 07.04.2026, which error is not contested or disputed. In the third line of paragraph 18, the word "suit" has been wrongly mentioned instead of "application".

2. We, therefore, direct that "suit" in the third line of paragraph 18 of the order dated 07.04.2026 be read as "application".

3. The order dated 07.04.2026 stands modified accordingly.
