Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has not been able to contact her client despite best efforts. It is further pointed out fairly that on a previous occasion, the learned Advocate for the petitioner was directed to ascertain as to the current income and salary slip of the petitioner; however, the same could not also be ascertained due to the petitioner not responding to his counsel.

In the circumstances, it seems evident that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, CO 153 of 2025 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
