This matter has come up at the instance of the petitioner.

Ms. Bhowmik, learned advocate representing the petitioner would submit that in the order dated 14th August, 2025, in paragraphs 2 and 6, the respondent no.6 has been incorrectly recorded in place of the respondent no.4.

Having heard Ms. Bhowmik, since it appears that the same is a typographical error, let the respondent no.6 as recorded in paragraphs no. 2 and 6 at page no. 1 and 2 of the order dated 14th August, 2025 be corrected by incorporating the respondent no.4 in place of respondent no.6. 4.

The department is directed to carry out the aforesaid correction in the order dated 14th August, 2025.

Other portions of the order dated 14th August, 2025, remain unaltered.
