Report submitted by the state be kept with the record. Report reflects that the investigation of the case is in progress. The report also takes into account the opinion of the experts and requisitions already made to the competent administrative authorities regarding the assessment and/or genuinity of the signatures and the documents concerned. As the investigation is in progress at this stage in a case under the relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code and the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, I am of the opinion that it would not be fit and proper to interfere with the contentions advanced by the petitioner.

However, the non-interference in this case is because of principles and the advance stage of the investigation and will not preclude the petitioner from canvassing all the issues at the appropriate stage particularly after submission of the report under section 173 Cr.P.C. before the jurisdictional special court and receipt of the documents under section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 282 of 2024 is disposed of.
