....For the State Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the nature of the allegations in the light of the submission that the victim has been falsely implicated in the instant case due to prior enmity, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer of the case once in a week.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Suvra Ghosh, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
