Sayantani Das, learned advocate 08.9.2025 (Item No. 3) (AB) appearing for the petitioners submits that, she has received instruction from the writ petitioners to withdraw this writ petition and to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. She has confirmed this Court that she has received instruction verbally from her clients.

Arjun Chowdhury, learned advocate appears for the State. Mr. Nabankur Paul, learned advocate also appears for the State with Mr. Sandip Guha Roy, learned advocate. Both the learned advocates appearing for the State say that, there is a confusion who is actually representing the State. Be that as it may, that is not the look out of this Court, at this juncture.

Accordingly, this writ petition W.P.A. 1684 of 2025 stands "dismissed as withdrawn" with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
