1. This is an application for relaxation of condition of bail. The petitioner prays for relaxation of the condition for grant of bail as stated in the judgment dated October 17, 2023. The court had imposed condition that the petitioner shall not leave the municipal limits of Jalpaiguri town except for the purpose of attending court proceeding and shall provide his address where he shall reside, to the investigating agency. The petitioner was further directed to report to the Officer-inCharge, Kotwali Police Station once a week until further orders.

2. Considering the fact that the investigation is complete, this court is inclined to grant relaxation to the petitioner. The petitioner will inform his address to the Officer-in-Charge of the police station concerned within whose jurisdiction he will be residing henceforth. The condition that the petitioner will

not leave Jalpaiguri town is waived. Further, the petitioner will attend the trial court on the dates fixed for hearing.

3. Thus, the conditions imposed in paragraph 10 of the order dated October 17, 2023 is relaxed and modified accordingly. All other conditions as per the direction of the order dated October 17, 2023 shall remain unaltered.
