Case No.243 of 2021 arising out of Dinhata Police Station Case No.231 of dated 07.05.2021 under Sections 143/341/323/325/307/427/353 of the Indian Penal Code. And In the matter of : Ashis Kumar Sarkar @ Badal Sarkar & Ors. - Petitioners.

Mr. Ujjwal Luksom, Mr. Tapan Bhattacharjee, ... For the State Having regard to the fact that the present petitioners are similarly placed as that of Dhanonjoy Debnath and Partha Saha and few others who were granted anticipatory bail by Coordinate Benches at different times, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer

and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a further condition that the petitioners shall meet the Investigating Officer once a week until further orders.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No.1093 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
