1. The matter has appeared in the Supplementary List under the heading 'To Be Mentioned'.

2. Few typographical errors have crept in the order dated 19th February, 2026.

3. In the second paragraph of the order dated 19th February, 2026, the words ' affidavit-in-opposition field in Court today is taken on record' has been wrongly typed instead of " Both affidavit-inopposition and affidavit-in-reply has already been filed on 16th February, 2026 is taken on record".

4. In the seventh line of the third paragraph of the order dated 19th February, 2026 "plus interest under Section 50(1) of the GST Act" will be added after Rs. 5,26,832/-.

5. In the first line of the second page of the order dated

19th February, 2026 'July 27, 2017 to March 2019' has been wrongly typed instead of "July 2017 to March 2018".

6. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

7. Let the order dated 19th February, 2026 be read along with today's order.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
