Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that petitioner is the husband of de facto complainant. Learned counsel submits that FIR was lodged after around 16 days of the petitioner living his matrimonial home.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the injuries were simple in nature.

Perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner left the matrimonial home on 9th July, 2025 and the present complaint was lodged on 25th July, 2025. The injuries are stated to be simple in nature.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupess Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the conditions that petitioner shall join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and shall not threaten, intimidate or tamper the complainant in any manner whatsoever.

The application for anticipatory bail is thus, disposed of. 6.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
