Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue involved and the relief asked for in this writ petition is similar to the writ petition being WPA 6374 of 2021 (Prasanta Lal Mukherjee Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) and covered by the order of this Court dated 14th June, 2022 by another Co-ordinate Bench.

Learned advocate appearing for the State respondents does not deny such submission of the petitioner.

Considering such submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 2493 of 2022 is disposed

of by directing the respondent authorities concerned to refund the recovered amount of Rs.3,74,218/- subject to verification of the quantum of amount, to the petitioner along with interest @ 8% p.a. from the date of issuance of the Pension Payment Order, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
