1. The order dated 22nd August, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the third line of paragraph seven on the second page of the order dated 22nd August, 2024, after the expression "one of whom must be local" the following phrase be added "based on fixed deposits or National Saving Certificates".

3. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 22nd August, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 22nd August, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.
