Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a 13 year old girl. Petitioner forcibly entered into the room and ravished her. In view of the aforesaid materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
