And In Re: Binod Ram Petitioner Ms. Jeenia Rudra For the Petitioner Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty Mr. Sourav Ganguly For the State In view of the fact that commercial quantity of contraband articles were recovered from the petitioner and the statuary period to file charge-sheet has not yet been over, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail is rejected and CRM 1098 of 2021 is accordingly, disposed of.
