None appears for the respondents.

Ms. Pal submits that the terms of the previous order of this Court dated 22nd June, 2023 have been complied with and the balance 50% of the remuneration of the Learned Special Officer has been now paid.

Accordingly, at this stage, no further orders are necessary.

Let this matter stand over for consideration next in the Combined Monthly List of July, 2023 before the appropriate Bench.

Parties are at liberty to take steps.

However, since compliance of the order dated 29th June, 22, is now demonstrated, in the opinion of this Court, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the Contempt Application.

CRC 1 of 2023 stands accordingly disposed of.

The appellant/petitioner shall communicate this order to the non-appearing parties.
